General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the rental of a holiday apartment offered by TRYA INVEST (hereinafter referred to as “the Lessor”) at 7 Ter Jean Marie Chevalier, 69390 VOURLES.

Article 2: Duration of stay

The tenant agrees to respect the dates of stay indicated during the reservation.

 Article 3: Reservation and Payment

Reservations are made through our website. Payment is secured by Stripe. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 15 days before arrival.

Article 4: Rates

Prices vary according to the seasons:

– **High season** (from December to May): €90

– **Low season** (from June to November): €70

All prices are quoted in Euros and include taxes.

Article 5: Cancellation and Reimbursement

In the event of cancellation by the tenant:

– More than 30 days before the arrival date: full refund of the deposit.

– Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: refund of 15% of the deposit.

– Less than 15 days before the arrival date: no refund of the deposit.

In the event of cancellation by the Lessor, all sums paid will be refunded.

Article 6: Security Deposit

A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after an inventory, subject to any damage.

Article 7: Use of the premises

The tenant agrees to use the apartment peacefully, to respect the neighborhood and not to exceed the maximum capacity of [number] people.

 Article 8: Liability

The Lessor declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to the tenant's property during the stay.

Article 9: Personal data

Personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.

Article 10: Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Martinique.
