Respect for Places

The tenant agrees to respect the accommodation and its furnishings. Any damage or deterioration caused during the stay must be repaired or compensated by the tenant.

It is forbidden to make any changes to the accommodation, such as moving furniture or hanging objects on the walls.

Number of occupants

The number of occupants must not exceed the number indicated in the rental agreement. Any additional person must be reported and accepted by the owner.

The tenant may not accommodate third parties without the prior consent of the owner.

Use of equipment

The tenant must use the accommodation's equipment (kitchen, household appliances, etc.) with care and in accordance with their intended use.

Specific equipment, such as swimming pools, barbecues, or jacuzzis, must be used according to the instructions provided by the owner.

Pets

Pets are only allowed if agreed in the contract. The tenant is responsible for any nuisance or damage caused by their pets.

The tenant must ensure that animals respect the rules of cleanliness in the accommodation and common areas.

Daily maintenance

The tenant must keep the accommodation clean and tidy during their stay. End-of-stay cleaning service may be included or offered as an option, depending on the terms of the contract.

Waste must be sorted and disposed of according to the instructions provided by the owner.

Access to housing

The owner or his representative may access the accommodation for urgent work or maintenance, notifying the tenant where possible.

Security

The tenant must ensure the security of the accommodation by closing the doors and windows when leaving the premises.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, except in designated areas, if permitted.

Departure

The tenant must respect the departure time indicated in the contract, in order to allow cleaning and preparation for the following tenants.

Before leaving, the tenant must ensure that the accommodation is left in good condition: the bins emptied, the dishes done, and the furniture put back in place.

Liability for damage

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the rental period. A security deposit may be retained in part or in full to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
